Lookup and source columns in the Excel file

You can specify columns from an Excel file to act as the lookup and source data, which will be copied to multiple target sheets in Smartsheet. The Customer ID column will be used as the lookup key, while the other columns will serve as source data.

Lookup and target columns in the target sheet

You can specify lookup and target columns in your sheet to automatically sync with the source Excel file. Whenever you edit or add a new customer in the source Excel, the customer information in the target sheet will be updated or added automatically.

SmartLinkEx task

The SmartLinkEx task is created in Gia Thinh Automation Service. This task is configured with information related to the lookup/source sheet columns and the lookup/taget sheet columns.
