ProjectCreator for Smartsheet is a powerful tool that allows you to automatically create new projects by directly interacting with components of Project Portfolio Management (PPM) such as the Intake sheet, Summary sheet, and Blueprints available in Smartsheet.
Once a new project request is approved by the project director, Gia Thinh Automation Service will create a new project folder based on a predefined Blueprint, followed by sharing project items with project members.
This workspace should contain the Portfolio Management folder (including the Intake sheet, Summary sheet, Portfolio dashboard, etc.) and Blueprint folders, which are used to provide key project information and reports at the portfolio level.
This folder should contain all necessary items for a project (including : project plan, project dashboard, RAID log, budget log, weekly update log, reports,etc.) which are used to create actual project folders.
This is where project folders created by the Project Creator based on predefined Blueprints will be stored.
The Create Project task is created in Gia Thinh Automation Service. The task is declared with information related to the components of Project Portfolio Management (Intake sheet, Summary sheet, and Blueprints), approval condition, project naming, project sharing, etc.
